HullFlow is our foundation for custom boat-sales platforms. Avid Boats and Phoenix Boats each have their own experience, built around their products and how they sell.

One useful tool.
A better way to work.
A configurator, a portal, an internal application. Start with the people using it and the job it needs to do.
Let people see their choices.
Make a complex product easier to buy. Show what changes, keep the choices clear, and turn a visual decision into a useful starting point for sales.
- A product people can make their own
- Clear choices, shown on the product
- A specification your sales team can use

From idea to everyday use
A product you can
help shape.
You’ll have something concrete to review at each stage. We handle the product thinking, design, and development with the people who will use the result.
- 01
Define the first useful version.
Walk through the work with the people who do it. Agree the core journey, the rules, and what a successful first release needs to handle.
A focused product plan - 02
Use it before we build it.
Review the interface as a working prototype. Try the important journeys, question the details, and make the product decisions together.
A prototype your team can review - 03
Launch it with your team.
Build and test the application, prepare the handoff, and support the rollout. Use real feedback to decide what deserves the next release.
Working software & a practical handoff
Useful after launch
Your team.
In control.
The interface is one part of the product. The people, access, and plan behind it matter just as much.
Talk through your idea- 01People & permissions
- Clear roles for customers, partners, and staff. Give each person the information and actions they need.
- 02Content & configuration
- Agree what your team should manage: products, pricing, content, settings, or the rules that change as the business grows.
- 03Access & ongoing care
- Define source access, hosting, documentation, training, and support before the build starts.
A few good questions
Before we
build.
How do we know if we need custom software?
Start with the work: who needs to do it, what slows them down, and where existing tools fall short. We look at the available products and integrations before recommending a custom build. A focused prototype can help you judge whether the investment makes sense.
Do we need to have the product planned out?
Bring the process, the people involved, and what you want to improve. We can handle discovery, scope, UX, interface design, and development together. The first step is agreeing a useful first version and how you will evaluate it.
Can you work with our existing software?
Yes. We start with an assessment of the code, data, interfaces, and access available. That tells us what to preserve, what can connect, and which constraints affect the scope.
What is HullFlow?
HullFlow is the foundation Launch Pad builds custom boat-sales platforms on. It supports guided configuration, pricing, quotes, and dealer workflows. Each manufacturer gets its own platform, shaped around its brand, products, and process. It is not a shared subscription product.
Who manages the software after launch?
We agree source access, hosting, permissions, documentation, training, and support as part of the scope. Your team should know what it can manage, what needs technical help, and who to call when something changes.
How do you scope the time and cost?
We define the users, core journeys, business rules, and system connections first. Then we propose a first release with clear priorities, review points, and a cost and timing estimate. Further releases can follow actual use and feedback.
Your next move
What should we build?
Bring the idea, the process, or the tool you’ve outgrown.
We’ll help define a useful first version.
