We collect only what we need to reply to you and to understand how the site is used.
What you send us
When you email us, send a project brief, or request an AI visibility snapshot, we receive the details you choose to share. That can include your name, email, company, website, and what you tell us about the work. When you use a website form, we also record the page you sent it from, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link. We use this information to reply, to prepare for a conversation, and to keep a record of the relationship. We do not sell it.
Where it is kept
Email messages are kept in our Google Workspace business email. Website inquiries are stored in our content system on Cloudflare. When website email delivery is enabled, Resend delivers notifications and confirmations. These providers process information to provide their services. We keep inquiry details while they are needed to respond, manage the relationship, or meet our recordkeeping obligations.
Analytics
Google Analytics runs only after you allow it in our cookie settings. It measures visits, pages, referrers, device information, and actions such as sending a brief. Its cookies distinguish visits. We do not send your form answers to Analytics, use Google Signals, or use this integration for advertising. Cookies and saved preferences
Essential settings remember your privacy choice, motion preference, and whether the opening sequence has played in this visit. Secure content-system access also uses a necessary sign-in cookie. These settings are separate from optional analytics.
Your cookie choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days, then we ask again. You can change it sooner through Cookie settings in the footer. If your browser blocks storage, the choice applies to the current visit. When you turn Analytics off, we stop collection through this integration and remove its first-party analytics cookies from this site. Withdrawing permission does not delete information already collected by Google.
Embedded films
Longer films use Vimeo’s player with its do-not-track setting enabled. Vimeo receives technical details needed to stream and secure the film and can use necessary security cookies.
