The project at a glance
Customer story films
We produced a series of short customer story films for Florida Homestead Check. Each one is built around the people in it, on camera at home and at work: a firefighter and his wife on buying their first home, a couple at home with their family, and a title agent with her clients.
The series
First-Time Buyers is published and plays here. Portability and Title Agent were finished for the same series; they aren’t published online, so they appear as stills.

Inside the experience

Each story opens on someone’s day before the subject comes up: a firefighter at his station, a family in the kitchen, a title agent greeting clients.
Sit-down interviews carry each film. The point is made by the people in it, in their own words.
Kitchens, porches, a backyard swing, and the closing table give each interview a home and a working day around it.
